Hachinohe Art Museum

A new civic art museum designed around the 'Giant Room' — a vast commons where exhibitions, learning and the everyday life of the city mix. Co-designed with Tezzo Nishizawa and Yoshihide Asako. Grand Prize, JIA Japan Architecture Award 2023; Good Design Best 100, 2022; Tohoku Architecture Award 2022.

「ジャイアントルーム」を中心に、展示と学びとまちの日常が混ざりあう新しい市民美術館。西澤徹夫・浅子佳英と共同設計、音響設計も担当。JIA日本建築大賞2023、グッド・デザイン・ベスト100 (2022)、東北建築賞作品賞(2022)。
